The “Make The Beat!” Tour promotes “Make The Beat!”, a global project to spread awareness,
raise excitement and enthusiasm for Olympic and Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020.
In this tour, the Tokyo 2020 mascots will visit past and future Olympic and Paralympic host cities to encourage everyone to “Make The Beat!”.

Numbers in parentheses indicate the year each city hosted Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Tokyo 2020 mascots will also pay a courtesy visit to Lausanne, home of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and Bonn, home of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC).
“Make The Beat!” Tour kicked off by visiting Barcelona, host city of the 1992 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Miraitowa and Someity performed the #2020beat in 6 iconic places in Barcelona.
Olympic Stadium & Olympic Museum
Miraitowa and Someity visited the Olympic Museum in Barcelona. They also had a chance to meet Cobi, the Olympic mascot from the Barcelona 1992 Games.
Centre d’Alt Rendiment
Miraitowa and Someity visited the High Performance Centre where they met with Spain’s top athletes. They all had the opportunity to perform the #2020beat together.
Construction of this location has been undergoing for over 100 years.
